Get to know Glenn.

Psychotherapist & Head of Operations

I am Glenn, an individual and couple’s therapist who’s passionate about helping clients form deep, meaningful, and healthy relationships with themselves and their loved ones. My approach is person-centred, collaborative, and non-judgmental.

During sessions, my goal is to provide clients with a space that they feel safe to express
themselves freely and to work on what is important to them. I believe a counselling journey is
deeply personal and one that needs to go at the client’s pace. I strongly value the
client’s agency and autonomy on this journey and believe in adopting a tailored and
collaborative approach to therapy by incorporating a multimodal approach.

I have worked with clients with issues ranging from depression, loneliness, grief,
relationship issues and trauma, and stress. I have also supported many clients through times of crisis such as going through difficult decision-making processes and intense relationship conflict. The individuals and couples I have worked with come from very diverse background and I pride myself in being able to provide them with therapy that is open-minded, culturally sensitive, and non-judgmental.

As a therapist, I firmly believe in continuous growth and evolution. My commitment to my
client is to always provide an empathetic space where they can ask and discuss the difficult
questions and to know that I will always do my best to help clients on this journey and to
make it a meaningful one where they feel real growth. This means continuous education on
my end as a therapist, as I understand that everyone comes in with something unique and
there is no one size fits all in therapy.

When I’m not working, I will be hanging out with my partner and our dog looking for
interesting places that are often unseen in Singapore. I also enjoy binge-watching movies
and shows and listening to good tunes!
