- No refunds allowed – If client is unable or unwilling to continue with session after payment, remaining sessions can be transferred to another user.
- Expiry for packages bought are within 6 months from starting session date (package of 3). All unused sessions after expiry date are not refundable and cannot be transferred to another user.
- Cancellations that are less than 24 hours before your appointment time, regardless of reason, will be charged.
