Complex cases requiring historical session mapping or multi-disciplinary care coordination. A comprehensive, multi-page report detailing long-term therapeutic progress, deeper clinical observations, systemic factors, and long-term care recommendations.

Terms & Conditions
- Payment must be made in full before session commences.
- All sales are final; refunds are not permitted. However, in the event that a client is unable or unwilling to continue with their sessions after payment, they have the option to transfer any remaining sessions to another user.
- For sessions that exceed the allotted time, there will be an additional charge of $30 per 10 minutes (e.g. – If your allotted time is 9am to 10am but you arrive at 9.20am, your session will still end at 10am unless you are agreeable to pay the extra 20 minutes fee, which in this case is $60 extra)
- Sessions included in packages will automatically expire six months from the date of the initial session.
- Cancellations that are less than 24 hours before your appointment time, regardless of reason, will be charged.
