Get to know Rachel.

Psychotherapist

I’m Rachel, and I believe we all need someone who can journey with us as we look inward. I work with individuals and couples seeking a path of self-discovery and healing. In our sessions together, you can expect a collaborative space that prioritises your autonomy and emphasises your strengths.

I am a counsellor based in Singapore. I support adults , adolescents and couples going through challenges related to depression, anxiety, relationship issues and stress. I am an LGBTQIA+ ally and take pride in creating an affirming and inclusive space for all clients. As someone with ADHD myself, my practice is neurodiversity-affirming and I will prioritise your autonomy, needs and strengths as we journey together.

I believe in building a collaborative relationship with my clients and focusing on their strengths to help them thrive. My empathetic approach is deeply affirming and I empower clients towards taking tangible, impactful steps to lead the lives they want to live while uncovering their values, needs, strengths and goals.

I am deeply influenced by theories of inner child work, the intricate connection between mind and body, and the exploration of personal narratives we construct. In therapy, I integrate diverse modalities to ensure a tailored, holistic approach to each clients’ unique challenges and needs. These draw from a range of evidence-backed approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, the Gottman Method for couples, Schema Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy and Sensimotor Psychotherapy. I am familiar with tools like the Enneagram and Strengthsfinder.

I work with clients to tune into their emotional and physical experiences, drawing on the body as a source of insight and healing. My practice is grounded in an understanding of attachment and the nervous system, recognising that early relational patterns and embodied responses deeply shape how we relate, cope, and connect. I integrate somatic and relational work to support healing at the levels of mind, body, and relationship.

I currently also coach and train leaders across the globe in my capacity as Head of Talent Development at a multinational organisation. In my free time, you’ll find me baking up a storm, on an adventure outdoors or just hanging out with my husband and two senior dogs.
