Welcome! I’m a certified Play Therapist and founder of Grace.4.Families. In partnership with Range Counselling Services, we provide gentle, supportive play therapy tailored for children ages 3 to 13.
Play Therapy Services
I consider myself a wounded healer, who now has the privilege to journey with children and families in their own brave endeavour to work through their inner needs and feelings. These emotional underlayers often manifest as behavioural and social difficulties that affect them at home, at school and even during leisure. Using a child-centred non-directive approach, I provide a safe therapeutic relationship and space for the child to work. Using play and creative expressive modalities, children are held and supported as they explore and work through their understanding of self, others and their world, empowered to make choices for positive change.
Grace.4.Families is founded on the deep conviction that parent-child relationships is the bedrock of an individual’s emotional and social formation. Families that play together stay together. We offer a range of customised support including
- Individual & group play therapy for children experiencing emotional or behavioural challenges
- Attachment-based play programmes for parents who desire to strengthen their connection with their child
- Baby bonding work for parents with little ones whom they are growing to know and understand
- Creative clinical supervision for people in the helping profession keen on using creative mediums to support your clinical/professional work.
- Creative arts and expressive work for seniors to feel connected within themselves and with others
We are passionate about bringing the support into the community through schools and other family-oriented organisations, so that everyone has access.
